  • Booking: Appointments can be reserved online, by phone, or in person. We encourage advance booking to secure your preferred time and service provider.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to prevent delays for the next guest. Full service fees still apply.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

  • Consultations: Please share any medical conditions, allergies, or recent injuries before your service. This includes pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or recent surgeries.

Prenatal Services: Prenatal massages and facials are available after the first trimester. A doctor’s note may be requested for your safety.

Cleanliness: Our team follows strict sanitation practices. All tools, linens, and treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected after every use.

  • Valuables: We recommend leaving jewelry and personal items at home. Windows to Paradise cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.

Forgotten Items: Items left behind will be kept in our lost-and-found for 30 days. After that, they may be donated or discarded.

  • Appointments can be reserved online, by phone, or in person. We encourage advance booking to secure your preferred time and service provider.

Massage (including lymphatic drainage, wood therapy & specialty services): Safety and professionalism are top priorities. Sessions may be ended early if therapist or client comfort is compromised.

  • Peaceful Atmosphere: Please silence mobile devices to maintain a serene environment.

Guests & Children: Only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment rooms. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
